We are so excited you found your way to us! We want this process to be easy for you, and your experience with us to be amazing.
To streamline the booking process, please follow our New Guest Steps below to get started. Through our New Guest process, we will ensure you are booked with the correct stylist and services for your hair goals, we'll outline the timeline we need for your visit, and give you an estimated cost of your overall visit with us.
Let's Get
Started
We ask that all new guests fill out our digital consultation form. This form provides us important information such as your hair history, hair goals, and helps ensure that we have you booked for the correct stylist and services for your specific needs. If you know which stylist you want to book with, head to the Meet the Team page and select your stylist.
Before Your Appointment
Once your New Guest Form is received and reviewed, you can expect a response via email within 48-hours.​ You will receive an email or text from your stylist with a list of available days and times for your visit. You will also receive your invoice for your deposit at this time.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you can expect a Welcome email with a few more details about what to expect throughout your appointment.

The Day Of Your Appointment
We ask that all guests arrive 10 min prior to your appointment time so that you will have time to acquaint yourself with the salon, and can leave a buffer of time in case traffic is bad..as it always is in this area.
When you arrive, you may come in and enjoy our Beverage and snack bar, look around, or just enjoy our seating area while your stylist sets up for your appointment.
Consultation
During your visit, you and your stylist will sit down and chat about everything on the form and more. You'll discuss your hair dreams and worst nightmares, as well as your inspiration photos so your stylist will know what you do and don't like.
After you and your stylist have a clear idea about your goal for that days session, they will walk you through what will be attainable at your first appointment. They will also discuss future services, the level of maintenance involved for your desired look, as well as how to style and care for your new look at home.
Your stylist will complete a scalp analysis as well. At Wild Mane Salon, we not only believe in healthy hair, but the importance of a healthy scalp. We are also looking for any spots we may see that might need to be addressed by your dermatologist that you may not see on your own.
Now The Magic Happens
Once you and your stylist have a detailed plan in place, they will get to work on your personalized hair goals. We use top of the line color, products, and tools to ensure the best results possible.
We will always work efficiently to respect your time but will never sacrifice the quality of our work by rushing your hair. Throughout your service, your stylist will talk more in depth about how to properly care for your hair, how to maintain longevity with your color, keep you hair healthy between visits, and how to achieve that effortless style at home.
Please feel free to bring a book, your phone, or your iPad/laptop with you if you have a hotspot...or enjoy your processing time in our quiet Relaxation Room. We want to make sure you're comfortable, so please make yourself at home and we always have plenty of beverages and snacks available to you during your stay with us. Your time in the chair is yours, so you never have to worry how you wish to spend it.
We also know that life is busy and sometimes our guests wish to decompress. We offer a Silent Appointment to those who would like one. We will only talk as much as is necessary to ensure you are aware of the process of your visit, and to make sure you're comfortable and satisfied with your service. If you're interested in a Silent Appointment, please notify your stylist during your consultation.
Your Mini Photoshoot
You look AMAZING! Let's show off your new look with your own "Mini Photoshoot."
If there is any time left over at the end, we will get some gorgeous photos of your beautiful hair all styled and ready for a night out. We love to showcase our guests on our social media. Please wear a solid neutral top (black, white, grey, or beige). These will help your hair look the best in photos.
